Reputation Management

Your name, kept clean, and kept yours.

Reputation, privacy and digital footprint, held as one: watched continuously, defended fast, and shaped in your favour, so what is private stays private and what is public is true.

The problem with waiting

Most people meet reputation work on their worst day (mid-story, mid-crisis) when the damage is already compounding by the hour.

We work before that. A name is an asset, and like any asset it is best protected quietly and continuously: watched for the first sign of trouble, defended the moment something surfaces, and shaped over time so the true story is the one people find.

What it covers

Watched, defended, and shaped.

01

Narrative audit

A clear baseline of everything said about you across search, image, video and social.

02

Continuous monitoring

A standing watch that catches a story before it takes hold.

03

Rapid takedowns

Evidence gathered and removals pursued fast: through platforms, hosts, registrars and, where needed, the law.

04

Search & image cleanup

Damaging results suppressed and leaked images removed at the source.

05

Positive presence

The true story elevated: considered profile, interviews and content that hold.

06

Privileged workflow

Sensitive work coordinated under legal privilege, discreetly.

Proactive by default

Reactive reputation work is expensive and uncertain; by the time a story is public, it is already being copied and cached.

Working upstream changes the odds. Continuous monitoring means we act in hours, not after the fact; a strong, true presence means there is less room for a false one; and a privileged, evidenced process means that when something must be challenged, it holds.

Discretion

The best reputation work is invisible: no campaign, no noise, just a name that stays clean and a footprint that stays yours.

Most of what we do, you will never see. That is the point.

Common questions
Can you actually remove content from the internet?
Often, yes. Where content is unlawful, breaches platform rules, or infringes your rights, we gather evidence and pursue removal through platforms, search engines, hosts and registrars, and, where warranted, through legal channels. Where removal isn't possible, we suppress and outweigh it.
How quickly can you respond to something damaging?
Fast. Continuous monitoring means we often see a problem before you do, and our rapid-response process moves within hours (evidence, takedown notices and escalation) rather than waiting for a story to spread.
Is this only for crises, or ongoing?
Both, though the real value is ongoing. A standing programme (monitoring, suppression and positive presence) means most crises are caught early or never form. We also take on reactive, single-incident engagements.
Will any of this be visible or public?
No. Our work is discreet by design and, where sensitive, coordinated under legal privilege. There is no campaign to point to, only a clean name and a footprint that stays yours.
